Software Defined Networking (SDN) is one of the recent and hot topics in computer networking which refers to the process of decoupling the control and management of networking equipments from their fast packet forwarding functionality. In this talk the concept of SDN along with the resulting platform for innovation and development of network application will be presented. Python language is one of the widely used languages for rapid network application development. Interested Python developers can enjoy this development platform to materialize their innovations in network programming.
